Government  Temporary Event Officer

Duties

• Supervise staff, monitor all the contracts, handle public enquirers and complaints
• Liaise with contractors, assist in procurement, administrative and logistic support 
• Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event
• Normally 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday in NT East and Hong Kong Island area 

Requirements  

• Degree holder
• ​Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
• Relevant experience in event, exhibition, procurement, operations is preferred
• 20 w.p.m. Chinese and 30 w.p.m English word processing speed
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed

Requirements

• 1 year working experience
• 20 w.p.m. Chinese and 30 w.p.m English word processing speed

Museum Assistant (Arts Education)

Duties

• Assist in museum projects, organize exhibitions, prepare publicity materials
• Conduct research, compile reports and provide logistic support e.g. photo taking, liaise with school, NGO, etc.
• Normally 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday in  NT East

Requirements  

• Degree holder in Fine Art, Visual Art, Education, Chinese, English, Cultural Studies or related subjects
• Level 3 / Grade C or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
• Relevant working experience in assisting local museum, arts projects

Museum Assistant (Property Management)

Duties

• Provide administrative, logistic support, marketing and procurement to the unit
• Monitor building improvement works at premises and provide customer services
• Normally 5 -6 days per week, 8 - 9 hours per day Monday to Friday in Hong Kong Island

Requirements  

• ​Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
• At least 1 year working experience in administrative works

Museum Assistant (History Research)

Duties

• Conduct research for exhibitions and related publications
• Assist in editing and proofreading of publicity materials
• Normally 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday in Kowloon

Requirements  

• Degree holder in Chinese History, History or related subjects
• Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
• Relevant working experience in local museum or academic research area

Project Officer

Duties

• Monitor all contracts and  Supervise staff  of the event
• Liaise with services contractors and arrange procurement of goods and services for the event
• Coordinate returns and requirements of all sub-committees of the event and assist in distribution of resources
• Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event
• Attend to public enquirers and complaints
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements  
Degree, Fresh Graduate are welcomed; Relevant experience in event, exhibitions, operations

Activities Assistant  / Programme Coordinator / Production Assistant

Duties
Supervise programme logistics, Organize events, Liaise with internal and external parties,   Provide technical support, Perform  outdoor duties

Requirements

Duties
